A Simple Schedule Builder
Add up to five shift types and define their shift-specific rules.
Click on a day of the week to toggle if a provider prefers ↑ or prefers not ↓ to work. Leave blank to indicate no preference either way. Auto-Fill will prioritize assigning providers to their preferred days as best it can.
Prevents autofill from scheduling this provider on a day directly before or after the selected providers.
Use the checkboxes in a provider's column to indicate their availability. Double click anywhere in a cell to check or uncheck all boxes for that day at once.
Assign providers to shifts manually using the dropdown menu in the assignment column or click Auto-Fill to automatically fill any available shifts with available providers. Click it again to Shuffle auto-fill assignments.
Click the Options Button in the date column to Split Shifts into AM and PM components or Trade Shifts. Clicking trade on any assigned shift will highlight valid trades in blue and trades with conflicts in red. Click a blue date to execute the trade or click anywhere else to cancel the trade.
